Jasper Tours – Jasper National Park is one of the most spectacular parks to visit in the Canadian Rockies, and it’s also one of the biggest. To get the most out of your Japser sightseeing tour, you’ll want to consider a private charter to show you around, so that your eyes are focused on the scenery and not the road. Below, you’ll find some of the basic policy info for Jasper charters.

All private charters include meet and greet service at the airport and we’ll be happy to accommodate signage and any other specific requests or requirements you might have.

Quotes are good for 24 hours after receipt. Please respond within this time to ensure availability.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to travel.

Calgary to Jasper Airport Shuttle Policies

If you’ve got to travel between Calgary and Jasper on your Canadian Rockies vacation, consider an airport shuttle to make your vacation the most enjoyable it can be. Below you’ll find a basic guide to our Jasper – Calgary shuttle.

The Jasper Vacations cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to scheduled departure with all bookings, after this time all charges are non-refundable.

All services by Jasper Vacations are payable in full upon booking. Round-trip reservations are single ticket items and are unable be partially refunded after the first leg of travel has been used.

Departures from the airport are prompt at the scheduled times listed due to airport policy. Drivers are unable to wait for late arrivals, luggage, etc.

Please be ready 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time and expect us no later than 15 minutes past your scheduled pickup time. Airport arrival times take this procedure into account, but may vary due to traffic or weather.

Clients are requested to wait for scheduled services in a place where it will be easy to be seen by the driver.

Late arrivals are requested to check in at the Jasper Vacations desk or to call the Jasper Vacations airport desk (403) 291 9617. Bookings are valid for the day of travel and late arrivals will be accommodated on the next available shuttle. (Accommodations will be made for acts of God).

Travellers without reservations will be accommodated on a stand-by basis, subject to seat availability.

With the exception of seeing eye dogs, pets are not permitted.

Luggage Allowance: Passengers are allowed two pieces of luggage plus a carry-on, anything above and beyond is $15/bag. All skis, snowboards and bikes must be properly packaged for transport (bicycles must be in boxes).

Jasper Winter Wildlife Tours

Jasper Vacations takes you on a guided Jasper tour to see some of the Canadian Rockies’ best wildlife. This tour takes you through some of one of the most famously beautiful areas of Jasper National Park, including the Maligne Valley in search of mountain goat, moose, elk, osprey, eagle, big horn sheep, deer and bear.

Tour the Maligne Canyon where 10,000 years of erosion have created a 165-foot deep gorge. Here we set off on a short walk to marvel at the Maligne River as it thunders through the canyon in a series of waterfalls. From the canyon we continue to disappearing Medicine Lake and then to spectacular Maligne Lake. Have your cameras ready as both areas are rich in wildlife and scenery.
