Jasper’s Ultimate Hiking Adventure

Jasper Vacations’ Ultimate Adventure was designed for outdoor enthusiasts looking for an all-day adventure. Get a head start on the day with a 7:30am tranquil canoe journey down the Athabasca River. Paddle 12 kms along the river, taking in the magnificent views of the Front and Main Ranges and keeping an eye out for wildlife. Next, hike 700 meters up Morro Peak to a broad summit featuring panoramic views. After a minimum of 30 minutes at the summit, head back down the mountain and travel by private van back to Jasper. Experience is not necessary for this 9-hour tour, though guests are recommended to bring proper footwear, a rain/wind jacket, hat, sunglasses, a sweater and water. Lunch is provided. Guests must be 12 years or older to participate.

Peak Adventure in Jasper, Alberta

Led by a professional mountain guide, climb to the summit of Morro Peak where you’ll spend half an hour taking in the awe-inspiring views over the Athabasca River Valley. Don’t have much hiking experience? No problem. No technical gear or ropes are required for this tour, which welcomes guests of all skill levels. It is essential to wear proper footwear (hiking boots or approach shoes), and to bring a wind/rain jacket, warm shirt and one liter of water. Due to varying temperatures on the mountain, we recommend dressing in layers.Looking for something a little more challenging?
